Mandy Moore is about to have her third child.

Mandy Moore‘s family is growing.

The multihyphenate shared on Instagram today that she and her husband Taylor Goldsmith are expecting their third child. Moore announced the news with a picture of her two boys, whose shirts said “Big” and “Middle,” respectively, and who were holding hands.

“Life imitates art sometimes.” The Third is our next Big Three. Can’t wait for a baby sister for these guys,” Moore captioned the photo.

One of the first people to congratulate her on the exciting news was her former co-star from This Is Us, Chrissy Metz, who wrote, “Mannnndyyyyyy!!!” Awwwwwwwwwwwww! Many congratulations!

When Moore appeared on the Today program back in October, she hinted at her intentions to have a third child.

She said, “I just can’t imagine a world without siblings because I’m one of three [children] and I always knew if I were lucky enough to have a family, I would love to have more than one.” However, I was unaware that when the second one came, I would say, ‘I suppose I can do this again.'” My spouse believes I’m insane.

Moore said that she had “not closed that door” in response to Hoda Kotb’s question about whether she believed she may still have another child.

“I mean, just talking about cribs and preschool and all those things during the commercial break, I’m like…ugh,” she said.

In February 2021, Moore welcomed Augustus, also known as Gus. She became pregnant once again with Oscar, dubbed Ozzie, a few months later. 2022 saw his birthday in October.

Fans of the television program This Is Us will be thrilled to learn that Mandy Moore, who had a role in the show for a total of six seasons, has successfully included the ideal allusion to the show into her most recent pregnancy announcement.
