“Completely heartsick,” Jennifer Lopez cancels her tour and Rosemont performance .
It seems that Jennifer Lopez will not raise the volume of her performance after all.
Then, On Friday, Jennifer Lopez issued an email to those who subscribe to her newsletter. The email said, “Representatives for Live Nation announced today that the Jennifer Lopez US Summer 2024 Tour ‘THIS IS ME…LIVE’ has been canceled.”
According to the release, Jennifer is going to take some time off in order to spend time with her children, her family, and her close friends.
Lopez followed that up by sending a personal message to her followers.
“I am terribly heartbroken and utterly heartbroken over the fact that I have let you down. In his letter, Lopez said, “I would like you to know that I would not do this if I did not believe that it was imperatively required.” I assure you that I will make amends for my actions, and that we will all be reunited in the future. You are all very dear to my heart. I’ll see you again soon…”
CNN spoke with a spokesman for Live Nation, who confirmed that the tour would not be going forward. L. Lopez was scheduled to do a performance on July 26 at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont.
“Tickets will automatically be refunded for those who purchased through Ticketmaster; there is nothing else fans need to do,” the firm stated in an email response to CNN, repeating what Lopez communicated with her followers. “There is nothing further fans need to do.” Those individuals who made their purchases via third-party resale websites, such as SeatGeek, StubHub, VividSeats, and others, are kindly requested to contact the location where they made their purchase for more information.
In light of recent claims that Lopez and her husband Ben Affleck have been living apart, this revelation comes as something of a surprise. For comment, CNN has attempted to get in touch with representatives for each of the actors.
In July of 2022, the pair tied the knot. It was planned that Lopez’s tour would begin on June 26 in the city of Orlando.
