Prosecutors announced on Wednesday that an actor has been charged with attempted murder for allegedly stabbing his ex-girlfriend, a Hollywood makeup artist, many times at her Sunland home.
The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office claims that 34-year-old Nick Pasqual left the scene of the assault and was apprehended at a border crossing in Texas between the United States and Mexico.
The victim, Allie Shehorn, a Hollywood cosmetics artist, was named by the prosecution on a GoFundMe page, and she had just obtained a restraining order against Pasqual.

According to the allegations, he assaulted Allie Shehorn after breaking into her residence in Sunland, California, at around 4:30 a.m. on September 23. According to the DA’s office, Nick Pasqual faces one count of attempted murder and one count of first-degree domestic burglary with a person present and harming a spouse, cohabitant, fiancé, boyfriend, girlfriend, or parent of a child.
In addition, the suspect is charged with causing severe physical harm to the victim in a domestic violence incident and with using a knife on his own during the offense.

The artist and special effects producer, who is well-known for her work on the films “Rebel Moon” and “Mean Girls,” was discovered later in the day by her surrogate mother in a gory scene that was not “a pretty sight.”

Over $90,000 has been received thus far on Shehorn’s GoFundMe page to assist with medical expenses.
